(with numbered stubs placed on dashboard, visual from outside).
Signage will call out fees per hour with driver estimating
time there and listing time he entered lot. He is further
instructed to deposit a second envelope if he is late, containing
appropriate monies.
This
system depends, partially on customer honesty, but to a
far less extent than does slot boxes. Funds are secure,
and in greater amounts.
